Holiday Pomegranate Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened light cream cheese
- 2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 lime
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2 jalapeño
Instructions
Mise En Place
- Finely dice 1/2 red onion and 2 jalapeño
- Finely chop 1/2 bunch cilantro
Dip Mixture
- In a blender, add 2 cup low fat cottage cheese. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes
- In a medium bowl, add the blended cottage cheese, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup softened light cream cheese. Mix until well combined
- Add in the red onions, jalapeños, cilantro and 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, the juice of 1 lime, salt and pepper to taste
- Mix well
Top & Serve
- Garnish with more pomegranate seeds and chopped cilantro
