If you’re anything like my wife, she puts this stuff on EVERYTHING.
The quickest way to derail a healthy meal is by adding high-calorie, high-fat sauces – which is a lot easier than you think. The bottles at the store have almost triple the calories than this homemade low calorie Yum Yum sauce, and you won’t even be able to tell the difference.
This recipe takes only 5 minutes to whip up and you can keep it in your fridge for whatever crazy food you want to put it on. Personally, I love this low calorie yum yum sauce with a quick pan seared shrimp or those delicious chicken breast chunks from Costco (you know the ones I’m talking about).
Check out the quick video here and I’ll show you how to make this in less than 30 seconds! Go ahead, put it on whatever you want without feeling guilty.
